Product Sub-Group Insights in BI Vision
You can now add Product Sub Group dimension charts to Custom Dashboards. The inner pie chart will display the selected measure by product group, while the outer ring will display the sub-group.
To add this new chart to your dashboard, select the type: Product Group & Sub Group.

Assign a Production Person to an Assembly
You can now assign a Production Person to each assembly, making it easier than ever to manage job responsibility, balance workloads, and track progress across your team.
See at a glance who’s working on what, whether you’re creating an assembly or managing them on the Assembly Kanban board. This update enhances visibility, accountability, and efficiency in your production process. Additionally, you can now POST/PUT a Production Person on your Assemblies, see API Change Log.

Sync Payments from Xero
Wanting to auto-sync payment information from Invoices in Xero, to Sales Invoice in Unelashed? You can now enable an advanced feature to sync payment information to Sales Invoices in Unleashed, see Advanced Features.

New Supplier Default Warehouse
Just like you have for Customers, you can now assign a default warehouse to your Suppliers. If a Supplier has a default warehouse assigned, it will take priority over your company's default warehouse or a user's default warehouse.

New Product Comments field
Add a comment about your product to the comment block and choose to automatically populate the comment through to Sales Quotes & Sales Orders and/or Purchase Orders:

Default Warehouse per User
If a User typically processes transactions against a particular warehouse, you can set that warehouse as the User's default. They can still change the warehouse for transactions, see Warehouses.

The following new default layouts have been added to the Custom Dashboard layouts on the front page of Unleashed:

Sales Progress
While the default dashboards are not editable, you can base a new dashboard on these layouts, select a default layout, and then click +Custom Dashboard to start creating a new dashboard of your own.
Some panels may show a permission error if the widget is provided by BI Vision and your subscription does not include BI Vision.

AIM Replenishments Tab
The AIM Replenishments tab will now differentiate between overdue replenishments and replenishments due today.
Purchasing Units of Measure are now available in the AIM replenishments tab. You can use the tick box above the grid to use base unit of measures, or purchasing unit of measures.
Sales Shipments - Tracking Number extended to 100 characters
The Tracking Number on Sales Shipments has been extended to cater for 100 characters in light of some shipping companies changing their tracking number lengths.

Product Sub-Groups now available in BI Vision: Sales & BI Vision: Customers
You are now able to explore your sales data by product sub-groups in the Sales and Customers context pages in BI Vision. Click to select a Product Group, and the related sub-groups will be displayed.
Shopify: Sales Order Group Configuration
The Sales Order Group configuration assigns the selected Sales Order Group to Orders for new customers and customers without a Sales Order Group. This setting will not overwrite the Sales Group for repeat or existing customers with an assigned Sales Group.

Shopify: Order Import Date Range
A new Shopify configuration will restrict the automatic import of historical sales orders. You can select from the following import periods:
1 day
1 week
1 month (default setting)
3 months
Orders outside this selected date range will not be automatically imported. If you need to import older orders, you can do so manually using the "Manage Your Data" tab.

B2B Sub - Categories & New Product Menu
You can now create two additional layers of subcategories to keep your store organised and help customers find exactly what they need - fast. For more information, see B2B Categories.
The categories will now be visible when you hover over the "Products" tab in the header on the top of your store page. Additionally this new menu will also display the banners and popular categories that are set on the "Homepage & Header" page.

On Assembly Qty: Shows the quantity of incoming stock on assembly transactions
On Assembly Value: Shows the value of incoming stock on assembly transactions (qty x avg landed cost)

AIM Forecast - Minimum Order Quantity and Increment Size controls
AIM Forecasting now features the ability to configure the minimum size of a replenishment and the increment size for increasing a replenishment. Use these settings to configure a supplier, or manufacturing quantity constraint.
New Auto-Fill Forecast demand option: Year on Year Growth
We have added a new auto-fill option for populating forecast demand based on the demand from the previous year + a growth percentage.
Once you have selected this option, type the percentage growth (either positive or negative) you want to add to the demand the product had for each month compared to last year.

You can now flag an Invoice when a payment is received to assist with the following:
indicate that a deposit, part or full payment has been received from your customer

AIM: Modelling page size configuration
You can now configure the page size in AIM: Modelling.
If you select a modelling page size above the previous limit of 10, then the charts in the modelling page will only load on demand as you hover the mouse on them. This is for performance reasons to avoid the browser crashing.
Shareable BI Vision Layouts
Similar to the shareable custom dashboards, BI Vision layouts are now shareable. You can setup a custom layout in BI Vision: Purchases, Sales, Inventory, Production and Customers and enable sharing so that other team members can use the same layout.

You can now edit your custom dashboard and enable sharing. Other team members will then be able to select this layout. User permissions will be honoured, so ensure users have the appropriate role permissions to load the BI widgets.
