To reformat an Excel file that has saved all data into a single column.
Click Data tab at the top menu
Click Text to Column
Check Delimited on the window pop-up
Click Next
Check Comma as delimiters
Review the preview data
Click Finish
The file can sometimes be separated by semicolons depending on how it was saved. In this case, review the data and select the delimiter to be semicolons.
