Use the Import Stock Count template to update the products and count quantities included on a Stock Count in progress.
Only SKUs listed in the CSV file will be updated; any SKUs not explicitly mentioned will remain unaffected. This ensures precision and avoids unintended changes to other inventory records.
Import Stock Count template field name* denotes mandatory fields | Description |
*Stock Count Number | The unique reference number for the Stock Count. The Stock Count must already exist in Unleashed before import. |
*Product Code | The unique code for the product. The product must already exist in Unleashed and not be obsolete before import. |
*Count Quantity | The total number of units counted for the product in the Stock Count's selected warehouse. If Count Quantity is left blank, it will import as a zero quantity. |
