When an Amazon Store's integrated to Unleashed via the eCommerce Hub Sales Orders will import and Products will sync from Amazon to Unleashed. Based on your Amazon Store's Amazon Integration Setup, the details synced from Amazon to Unleashed are as detailed in the tables below.
Sales Order
When a Sales Order reaches the appropriate Order Status in Amazon, based on your store's configuration settings, it will import to Unleashed. Any updates made to the Amazon Order after it's imported to Unleashed will not sync to update, and the imported order cannot be manually edited in Unleashed.
Sales Order details
Due to Amazon's Data Protection Policy Unleashed will not receive any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) via the eCommerce Hub's Amazon integration for Sales Orders, which means only part of the order's delivery address will import from Amazon, see Amazon Integration PII.

Managing synced Amazon products
When a product is deleted in Amazon, the synced product in Unleashed remains unchanged. Similarly, if a product is deleted, obsoleted or is no longer sellable in Unleashed, the synced product in Amazon remains unchanged.
If a product is no longer in use on Amazon or Unleashed and has no open transactions or stock on hand, you must update the product on both platforms individually, making the product unavailable in Amazon and obsoleting it in Unleashed.
Customer
Due to Amazon's Data Protection Policy Unleashed will not receive any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) via the eCommerce Hub's Amazon integration for Customers or Sales Orders, which means unique Customers will no longer be created by the Amazon integration, see Amazon Integration PII.
Frequently asked questions
Can Amazon Orders be edited after they have been imported?
Can Amazon Orders be edited after they have been imported?
Amazon Orders cannot be edited in Unleashed. If changes have been made to an Amazon Order after it has been imported, we recommend managing it as follows:
If the Sales Order has not been invoiced or dispatched, delete the imported Sales Order and manually create a replacement that matches the updated Amazon Order.
If the Sales Order has been dispatched or invoiced, complete the Sales Order and create a Credit Note to counter it. Then, create a new Sales Order to replace the original and align with the updated Amazon Sales Order.
The new Sales Order's Order Number will not match the original Amazon Order, but you can enter the original Amazon Order Number into the new Sales Order's Customer Reference field for traceability.
Do Amazon returns or refunds import?
Do Amazon returns or refunds import?
Amazon Refunds and Returns are not supported by the eCommerce Hub's Amazon integration. To ensure your inventory and revenue align with your Amazon store, you must manually create a Credit Note in Unleashed to account for any refunds or returns processed in Amazon.
