When integrated to an Amazon store through Unleashed's eCommerce Hub, you can manually sync your products and stock availability and import any missing Sales Orders.

Sync products with Amazon

Due to Amazon's integration requirements, product updates will only sync from Amazon to Unleashed. Manually import products from Amazon to Unleashed following the steps below:

  1. From the main menu, go to eCommerce Hub, Amazon and click Select for the Amazon store you want to sync.

  2. Go to the Manage your Data tab.

  3. In the "Import Products from Amazon to Unleashed" section, select Import.

If the store's configuration has "Product Synchronization" enabled, the following details in Unleashed will be updated on the product record:

  • Product Description

  • Product Notes

  • Default Image

  • Height (Base Unit)

  • Depth (Base Unit)

  • Width (Base Unit)

  • Weight(Base Unit)

  • Sell Price based on the "Product Sell Price Tier for This Shop" selected in the Configuration.

Any changes made to a product's details in Unleashed will not sync to Amazon.

Sync stock availability with Amazon

If "Export Stock on Hand to Amazon" is enabled in your Amazon store's configuration, the integration will automatically update your Amazon store's availability based on the enabled warehouse's availability at a set frequency.

However, you can manually sync Unleashed's stock availability to update Amazon, following the steps below:

  1. From the main menu, go to eCommerce Hub, Amazon and click Select for the Amazon store you want to sync.

  2. Go to the Manage your Data tab.

  3. In the "Export Stock on Hand" section select Export.
