Integration Store
Head to Integration > Integration Store > Unleashed Integrations, in your main menu, for access to the following native accounting, Point-Of-Sale (POS), and shipping integrations:
API Integrations
The Integration Store will also list additional integrations that have been developed by third-party developers, using our open API. If you have any questions or would like more information about the API integrations listed in the Integrations Store, click on an API Integration's tile to be redirected to their website. Unleashed’s public API offers the necessary tools and documentation for developers to create seamless connections between systems. Developers can access detailed API documentation to understand how to interact with Unleashed’s system and implement the required functionality.
As these API Integrations are developed and managed externally, should you have any queries, we recommend reaching out to the integration's developer directly. To integrate or develop a third-party integration, using our open API, the Account Owner can head to Integration > Unleashed API Access. From here, your account's unique API ID and Key are displayed, which are required to establish the third-party integration's connection.
Developers should follow these steps to build integrations:
Access the API Documentation: Review the API documentation available.
Plan the Integration: Define the scope and functionality of the integration, based on business requirements.
Develop the Integration: Use the API to build the connection between Unleashed and the third-party software.
Test the Integration: Ensure the integration works as intended and meets all requirements.
Important: While Unleashed provides the tools and documentation needed for integrations, it does not offer direct coding support or assistance in building custom integrations.
eCommerce Hub
Select eCommerce Hub from your account's main menu to access the following eCommerce-related native integrations:
To make use of any of the eCommerce Hub's integrations, you will need to ensure they have been added to your subscription in Settings > Billing.
B2B Portal
Select B2B Portal in your account's main menu for access to the B2B Stores that have been created for your account.
To make use of the B2B Portal and create B2B Stores directly linked to your account's inventory, ensure your subscription includes either the B2B Premium or B2B Premium Plus in Settings > Billing.
CRM
The integration between Unleashed and the Sales Growth, Marketing Accelerator and CRM is managed from your CRM account. Click on one of the CRM modules in your Unleashed main menu to add or access your CRM account.
