Replenishing products with AIM

Welcome to the AIM Replenishment Tab! This page is your hub to review and export replenishments calculated by your forecasts and replenishment plans.

πŸ€“ Tip: If you're unfamiliar with forecasting and calculating replenishments, or creating a production plan, head to the forecasting articles.

AIM's Replenishment tab includes the following functionalities:

  1. Product filter panel: Search for products by their code, default supplier, product type, and product group.

  2. Date range selector: The AIM Replenishments tab will show replenishments calculated by forecasts and production plans. By default, the page will filter to show replenishments required within the next month only.

  3. Create Assembly, Purchase, Stock Transfer functions: Tick rows of the replenishment grid and then use these functions to create replenishment transactions.

  4. Export: Generate a CSV document of the current Replenishment's view.

  5. Green icon: Replenishment is required for a forecast product.

  6. Blue icon: Replenishment is required for a product that does not have a forecast, but is used in a production plan. You might want to establish a stock replenishment strategy for these products by saving a min and max days of stock, to optimize order quantities and timing for these products.
