Access Evo for Partners

This article will guide you through all you need to know about setting up your new EVO Partner Account (EPA) following the Access Evo migration notification.

Access Identity is the Access Group’s centralised login and identity‑management system. It provides a single, secure way to access all Access applications, including Unleashed. As part of Unleashed's migration to Access Evo, all users must transition to Access Identity to stay compliant with the latest authentication and access‑security standards.

Going forward, your new Evo Partner Account will supersede the Partner Portal. You’ll use it to switch between your client accounts and trigger new client accounts. It won’t house everything just yet, so the legacy Partner Portal will remain accessible so you can access My Invoices and Resources. But you’ll now use your EVO Partner Account as their central hub for accessing all Unleashed customer accounts you support and any other Partner admin.

Benefits of Access Evo as a Partner

Demo the latest features

Make sure you’re showcasing great new features such as the Warehouse Management App, Analytics and many more to come! Lean into AI features Copilot and Feed to find information fast, support day-to-day stock decisions and work from a prioritised task feed that surfaces the most important inventory jobs, e.g. low stock alerts, re-forecasting reminders.

Stronger security with modern authentication

Say goodbye to client-specific usernames and multiple logins. Your Evo Partner Account is your central home base for everything you need.

Built on Access Identity, Evo Partner Accounts give you improved security, consistent login standards, and a future‑proof authentication experience.

Cleaner, organised access to every client

All client accounts you support are linked to your Evo Partner Account, giving you structured, reliable access and no more disconnected logins.

Because EVO uses Access Identity, your login experience aligns with all other Access Group applications. The possibilities are endless.

EVO replaces the need to store or request individual Unleashed credentials for each client. No more managing separate Unleashed logins!

Set up your Evo Partner account

Step 1 - Create Your Partner EVO Account

You’ll see a black banner appear at Login on or around 18th April 2026; please follow the on-screen steps. You’ll have a two-week window to make the two minute migration move before it is enforced at login. Once complete, your Evo account is active, and the Org Switcher is ready.

Step 2 - Once Migrated

Log in to your EVO Partner Account, and you'll have access to the ‘Org Switcher’ and new ‘Add Client’ functionality.

The Org Switcher, displayed as a drop-down menu in the top left of your Access Evo account, is the primary navigation mechanism for partners to move between client accounts on Access Evo. The Org Switcher shows all client accounts you are a Partner User of, listed by the order you’ve last logged into them. Click any client's account name to access their organisation's account- no logout, no separate login!

Key features

  • Unlimited number of clients supported.

  • One-click switching between accounts.

  • No need to log out and back in.

📌 Note: The Org Switcher only shows accounts where you are formally added as a Partner User. If an account is missing, ensure you've been invited successfully, see Inviting a Partner User.

Regional Evo instances

There are 4 distinct regional Access Evo domains (UK, APAC, EU, US). If a client sits on a different regional instance, you must navigate to that region's Access Evo URL login page.

Step 3 – Accessing and creating client accounts.

From 18th April, use the Add Client option in your Evo account to create new client accounts. This replaces the Partner Portal flow and automatically places new accounts in the correct plan and billing model. We'll confirm the exact location in-app once available!

Inviting a Partner User

To appear in a client's Org Switcher, you must be a Partner User on their account.

How this happens depends on how the account was set up:

  • New account via Evo Add Client flow: You're automatically added as Partner User.

  • Client-initiated account: Ask the client to invite you via Settings > Security > Users > Invite User, using your registered Partner Account email.

  • Existing account where you're already a Partner User: Access is retained through migration. The account appears in your Org Switcher automatically.

  • Existing account you accessed via Partner Portal only (without a formal Partner User invite): That account won't appear in your Org Switcher after migration. Contact our support team for each affected account and we'll add you as Partner User.

Partner Users appear in the Partners section of a client's Users list. If your name appears under Users instead, the client used your personal email rather than your registered Partner Account email. To resolve this, ask your client to cancel and resend the invite with the correct email.

Important: Partner Users have Superuser-level access and do not consume a licence seat. For more details on Partner Users, see Account Owner, Superusers and Partner users.

Removing a partner from a client account

Two steps are required to remove a partner from a client's Unleashed account:

  1. Delete the Partner from the Unleashed account: Go to Settings > Security > Users > Partner > Action > Delete.

  2. Remove the Partner from the Access Evo Organisation: Contact our support team to remove the Partner User from the client's Access Evo organisation.

Removing a Partner User from Unleashed alone does not revoke access to other Evo products.

Partner Portal

While Access Evo is now your primary workspace, the Partner Portal remains accessible for two things in the interim:

  • Resources: Logos, marketing assets, partner guides, UTM links. A new permanent home is in development; we'll update you when it's ready.

  • My Invoices: temporarily not available in the Evo view. Open the Partner Portal in a separate browser tab to access it.

To access the Partner Portal, go to unleashedsoftware.com/partners/portal/

Frequently asked questions

Will my clients lose access during migration?

No. Migration takes two minutes and carries over all data, features, and user permissions. Clients who don't migrate within two weeks will be automatically pushed through the flow at their next login.

Why isn't my client's account showing in my Org Switcher?

This means you're not currently added as a Partner User on to your client's account - which is common if you were accessing it through the Partner Portal without a formal invitation. Contact your client and request they invite your registered Partner Account email.
