To help you get the most from Unleashed, check out our interactive e-learning materials in Unleashed University. We've designed these courses to help you hit the ground running and quickly become an expert at using the system.
There's a limit to how many users can be enabled for Unleashed University simultaneously in your Unleashed account, based on your Customer Success Plan:
Premier CSP: 8 university-enabled users
Standard CSP: 4 university-enabled users
Important: Unleashed University is not available for Essential CSPs.
Enable University access
To enable the University for a user, per your account's CSP:
From the main menu, go to Settings > Security > Users.
Along your user's row, tick the University check box.
Find Unleashed University
To access the Unleashed-specific courses,
In Unleashed, click on your user name at the bottom of the menu.
Select Unleashed University.
Review the available courses and select the ones you want to complete.
