Unleashed's Interface
Once logged in to your account, you can use the menus, shortcuts and hyperlinks available to view, manage and use Unleashed, as per your user's role permissions. If at any stage you're unable to access a page or function of Unleashed, it's likely your user has restricted access or the feature isn't included in your subscription plan. Contact your account's Account Owner or Superusers to review your permissions and subscription to ensure you have the appropriate access granted.
Important: The navigation described in this section will take effect as of 10th December 2025.
(1) Unleashed account
In the top left corner of any Unleashed page, you'll find the current Unleashed account's Company Name. If you have multiple Unleashed accounts, all using the same user login credentials, click on your Unleashed account's name, and a dropdown menu will display, allowing you to navigate between Unleashed accounts seamlessly, including active Sandboxes.
(2) Search
Locate and open products, customers, suppliers, and transactions using the global Search function, available at the top of your page's menu. Any products, customers, suppliers, or transactions that include the entered text in their code, name or reference field will populate in a drop-down list, and from there you can select the appropriate option to open.

A product will be listed in the Search list if the text matches a portion of any of the following product details:
Product Code
Product Description
Base Unit Barcode
(3) Quick Actions
Click on + Quick Actions button under the menu's Search field to use customizable shortcuts, specific to your user login. Quick Actions can be set for views, reports and modular pages, depending on your typical daily use.
(4) Menu
On the far left side of any Unleashed page, you'll find your account's functions Menu, which lists features, functions or modules available to you, based on your user's role permissions and subscription. Click on an item listed in the menu to open either a sub-menu or the item's page.
Click on the Collapse Menu icon (
) to minimise the menu in your view. When collapsed, the menu is displayed as a toolbar with a unique icon for each item, and only its sub-menus will display when selected.
(5) Tasks
Click on Tasks towards the bottom of your menu to track the progress of any bulk or long-running actions. These actions can range from template imports, exports, printing and download requests.
The following icons are used to identify each action's progress:
Orange circle: Upload in progress.
Red cross: Action failed to complete. Click on the task for further details about the failed action. You will also receive an email notification with further details.
Green tick: Action completed; you will receive an email confirmation too.
(6) Help
Click on the Help button, below Tasks in the menu, for access to the following resources:
Search Help: Enter a term to display the relevant content from our Help Centre.
Get help for this page: Opens a Help article, relevant to the page you're currently using in Unleashed.
What's New?: Opens a Help article, detailing the recent improvements that have been released with Unleahsed.
Submit a feature idea: Opens Unleashed's product feedback form, where you can suggest improvements you'd like to see in Unleashed.
Unleashed Academy: Opens Unleashed's Academy, filled with video tutorials on best practices for using Unleashed.
Submit a support ticket: If you're a support-enabled user, this will open our Support Portal, where you can contact our support team for further assistance.
(7) User account
Click on your username at the bottom of your menu to open the options available for managing your account:
My Account: Opens the My Unleashed Account page, listing all Unleashed accounts you're a user of. If you're the Account Owner, you will also see the options to manage Sandboxes, download your Unleashed subscription invoices and register additional Unleashed accounts.
Unleashed University: If your user login is enabled for University, this will open your Unleashed University environment.
Mobile View: Switch your browser's view from desktop to mobile view for easy use, on the move!
Sign Out: Logs your user out of Unleashed across all browser tabs on your device.
