Before signing up to Unleashed, ensure all the devices you’ll be meet the system requirements detailed here.

Prerequisites

If the devices you will be accessing Unleashed or its services do not meet the requirements detailed below, we cannot assure full functionality or visibility.


Supported browsers

As a cloud-based software, Unleashed is accessible on the Internet and does not require installation.

We support the following internet browsers (versions within the last 12 months), to ensure you have the optimal Unleashed usability and experience:

  • Google Chrome

  • Edge

If you experience any browser script errors or slowness, we recommend clearing your current browser's cache and cookies or trying an alternative browser.

You can still access Unleashed using Safari, Firefox or older versions of Chrome and Edge, but the experience is not optimised. This means that we cannot assure that you’ll have a perfect presentation of Unleashed.

Unleashed does not support Windows XP, Internet Explorer, or any other browsers not mentioned above.

Points to note

  • Ensure JavaScript is activated (this is usually activated by default).

  • Let your browser accept cookies.

  • Change proxy settings if your workplace blocks Unleashed.


Screen settings

To make sure that Unleashed displays properly on your screens, set your screen resolution to a minimum of 1280 x 720. This ensures that you’ll see readable text and buttons.


Troubleshoot browser-related issues

Browser-related issues can occasionally prevent users from successfully accessing certain features within Unleashed, such as shipments, Sales Orders (SO), or Purchase Orders (PO). These issues are often caused by outdated browser settings or cached data, but they can usually be resolved with a few simple troubleshooting steps, see Troubleshoot login issues and errors.
