My Account and Invoices

Use the My Account page in Unleashed to view all your accounts, switch between them, manage subscriptions, and access invoices.

The My Account page is a central hub where you can view all the Unleashed accounts you're associated with, along with your role in each account and their subscription details. This page allows you to easily navigate between multiple Unleashed accounts using the same login credentials without needing to log out and back in. There's no limit to the number of accounts you can be invited to.

To access your My Unleashed Account page:

  1. Click on your user name in the top right corner of Unleashed.

  2. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

  3. You'll be taken to your My Account page.


Account Management

If you are an Account Owner, Superuser or a user with "Billing" role permissions granted, you'll see the following buttons in the top right of the My Account page:

  • Upgrade Account: Directs you to the Billing page for your Unleashed account, where you can manage your subscription.

  • Register Another Account: Guides you through creating a new Unleashed account with its own subscription.

Account Owners will also see options to create or delete a Sandbox environment.


Account Overview

You can be invited to an unlimited number of Unleashed accounts, where your user credentials remain the same across all accounts you have access to. For each Unleashed account you're invited to, you'll see the following information in the My Accounts tab:

  • Account: The Company name of the Unleashed account.

  • Relationship: Your role in the account (e.g., Account Owner, Invited User).

  • Version: The subscription plan the account is currently using.

  • View this account: Click the View button to open and access that account.

Switching between accounts

There are two ways to navigate between your Unleashed accounts:

Method 1: From the My Account Page

  1. Click on your user name in the top right corner of Unleashed.

  2. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

  3. You'll be taken to your My Account page.

  4. Locate the account you want to access in the My Accounts tab's list.

  5. Click the View button next to that account.

Method 2: From the Account Selector

  1. Click on the current account's name in the top left corner of Unleashed.

  2. Select the account you want to view from the dropdown list.

Switching between accounts is instant and doesn't require re-authentication, making it easy to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

πŸ€“ Tip: When you log out of an Unleashed account, you will be logged out of all Unleashed accounts you're invited to. The next time you log in, you will be automatically logged in to the last account you were using before logging out.


Account Invoices

The My Invoices tab provides a comprehensive list of all historical invoices for your accounts. Each invoice displays the following details:

  • Invoice: The invoice number.

  • To: The account name or recipient for the invoice.

  • Email: The email address of the specified recipient.

  • Date: The date the invoice was created.

  • Total: The total amount for the invoice.

  • Currency: The currency used for the invoice.

  • Download: Option to download the invoice in PDF format.

Invoice delivery

When your subscription renews or an update is processed, the latest invoice will be automatically emailed to either your Account Owner or your designated billing contact.

To change the billing contact for your subscription:

  1. Ensure you are the Account Owner for the account.

  2. Submit a written request to Unleashed Support with the updated billing contact information.

Important: Only Account Owners can request billing contact changes.
