Unleshed's Billing page allows Account Owners to manage their subscription plans, user licenses and add-on modules.
Upgrade your subscription
Only an Account Owner can perform upgrades or add modules to an Unleashed subscription. Including:
Add additional user licenses to your subscription.
Upgrade your plan, e.g. upgrade to Pro.
Upgrade your Customer Success Plan.
Add additional modules or services to your subscription.
Manage your subscription's API bundle.
This ensures that only authorised individuals can make significant alterations, safeguarding account integrity.
To upgrade or add modules to your subscription:
Go to Settings > Billing.
Click Edit to upgrade your subscription plan.
Click Modify to manage your plan's Modules and Services.
Review changes in the 'Billing summary'.
Select Update, then Confirm.
Important: Requests to cancel, downgrade or remove user licenses or modules from a subscription must be submitted to support by the Account Owner, with 30 days' notice. See The Access Group: Terms and Conditions.
What happens after updating a subscription
Upgrades made to your subscription apply immediately once confirmed in your account's Billing page. Once subscription modifications are confirmed and processed, any adjustments in charges will appear on the following invoice. These changes, along with any new charges or adjustments, will automatically be reflected in the invoice generated for the next billing cycle. For example, if you change your subscription on the 15th of the month and your next billing date is on the 1st day of the following month, the updated charges will be reflected on the invoice for the upcoming billing cycle.
Upgrades are processed against your subscription as follows:
Pro-rated credit is applied to your account for any subscription plan or module being replaced by the upgrade, covering the remaining subscription period.
Pro-rated charge is applied to cover the cost of your updated subscription plan or module for the period up to your next monthly billing date.

You may notice a charge that appears slightly higher than the annual fee for the partial month before your next billing date. Your renewal will then occur on the next billing day plus 12 months.
π€ Tip: Account Owners can download invoices generated for their subscription from My Account.
Update payment details
Account Owners and Superusers of an Unleashed account have the option to update the card details currently held against their subscription for payment. To update your subscription's payment information:
In Unleashed, go to Settings > Billing.
Click Update Card.
Enter your new card details:
Card Number
Expiration Date
CVV
Cardholder Name
Contact Phone Number
Click Save.
Annual Subscriptions
Trial Customers
Trial users signing up for an annual plan: Can pay monthly or annually for additional modules
Trial users signing up for a monthly subscription: Can only pay monthly for modules
Existing Customers
Monthly base subscription customers: Can change their base subscription to an annual payment at any time. Once changed to annual, they can then modify the current monthly module plans to annual.
Annual base subscription customers: Can change their monthly module payments to annual at any time.
