The eCommerce Hub is a centralised module designed to streamline all your eCommerce-related integrations and functionalities within Unleashed. This dedicated area allows you to efficiently manage the eCommerce side of your business from one convenient location. The eCommerce Hub integrations are available as optional add-ons to your account's subscription.
What is the eCommerce Hub?
The eCommerce Hub is home to our most popular eCommerce integrations, serves as your central command centre for eCommerce activities, making it easier to oversee and manage your online sales operations without navigating between different areas of your account.
The following eCommerce-related integrations are available in the eCommerce Hub:
Accessing the eCommerce Hub
To make use of any of the native eCommerce-related integrations, you will need to ensure they have been added to your subscription.
To update your subscription to include the eCommerce Hub's Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce integrations:
From the main menu, go to Settings > Billing.
Select Modify.
Expand the eCommerce Hub section.
Turn on the toggle for Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce.
Select Update and Confirm.
Alternatively, to add one eCommerce integration to your subscription:
From the main menu, select eCommerce Hub.
Select the Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce tile.
Click on "Subscribe to Integration" to update your subscription.
Select Update and Confirm.
Important: Upgrades to your current subscription can only be actioned by the current Account Owner or Account Partner.
Once the eCommerce integration has been added to your subscription, you can configure and manage the integration by navigating to eCommerce Hub from the main menu and selecting the integration's tile.
eCommerce Hub Pricing
If you subscribed to Unleashed before 17 December 2025, each eCommerce integration (Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce) costs $30 or £30 per month.
Order Volume Fees
Additional monthly fees apply based on the total number of orders received through all your eCommerce integrations combined:
0-500 orders: FREE
501-1,000 orders: $30 or £30 per month
1,001-5,000 orders: $60 or £60 per month
5,001+ orders: $90 or £90 per month
Order volumes are pooled across all active eCommerce integrations. For example, if you have both Shopify and Amazon integrations, 300 orders from Shopify and 250 orders from Amazon would total 550 orders, placing you in the 501-1,000 orders tier.
Important: Customers who subscribed after 17 December 2025 are not charged per-integration or order volume fees for the eCommerce Hub.
