When signing in to the Warehouse Management app, you are prompted to select your region. Selecting the correct region ensures your Warehouse Management app connects to the right Access Evo organisation.
You can view your organisation's region at any time from the Device Management page in Warehouse Management in Access Evo.
π Note: Your region is set when your Access Evo organisation is created and cannot be changed from within the app.
Find your region
Selecting the wrong region during the Warehouse Management app sign-in will prevent you from connecting to your Unleashed account's data. Always verify your region in Device Management before signing in on a new device.
Follow these steps to view your your oganisation's region in the Warehouse Management app in Access Evo:
In Access Evo, open Warehouse Management, and select Home.
Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Device Management.
Your region is displayed in the top right corner of the Device Management page, for example, 'Your region: UK'.
Important: Make a note of the region displayed; you will need to select it when signing in on a mobile device.
