Device Management: Finding your region

This article explains how to find your organization's region in Unleashed Warehouse Management (UWM) so you can select the correct region when signing in to the mobile app.

Your region in UWM

When signing in to UWM on a mobile device, you are prompted to select your region. Selecting the correct region ensures your mobile app connects to the right server for your organization.

You can view your organization's region at any time from the Device Management page in the UWM web app. This is particularly helpful if you are unsure which region to select during mobile sign in.

πŸ€“ Tip: Your region is set when your organization is created and cannot be changed from within the app.


Find your region

Follow these steps to view your organization's region in the UWM web app:

1. Sign in to UWM in your web browser and go to the Home page.

2. Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Select Device Management from the dropdown menu.

4. Your region is displayed in the top right corner of the Device Management page, for example, 'Your region: UK'.

Make a note of this region β€” you will need to select it when signing in on a mobile device.

You can download the UWM mobile app by scanning the QR codes available on the Device Management page β€” separate codes are provided for iOS and Android devices.

Important: Selecting the wrong region during mobile sign in will prevent you from connecting to your organization's data. Always verify your region in Device Management before signing in on a new device.
