For customers on Unleashed Core with the WMS add-on, or Unleashed Pro with WMS included, provisioning is triggered automatically as part of the billing journey. No manual setup is required.
Once provisioning is complete, the Warehouse Management tile will appear in your Access Evo account. You can use this as a checkpoint to confirm that provisioning has completed successfully.
As the organisation admin, you will have access to both the desktop and mobile app as soon as provisioning is complete. No additional steps are needed for your own access.
Download the Unleashed Warehouse Management mobile app on your device, then sign in using your Access Evo email address and password. When prompted, select the region that matches your organization. For more details, see Set up your access to the Warehouse Management app.
Give team members access
To give colleagues or warehouse operators access to UWM, you need to invite them in Access Evo first, then assign them a role.
Invite a member to Access Evo
Sign in to Access Evo for your region.
From the top navigation dropdown, click Members to open the Members tab.
Click Add.
Enter the member's email address. You can add members individually or in bulk. Click Add to confirm.
The member will receive an invitation email to complete their sign-up.
📌Note: The member must accept the invitation and complete their sign-up before you can assign them a role. for details Access Evo: User Management.
Assign a role
In Access Evo, click on your profile in the top-right corner and select Members.
Locate the Member you want to provide app access to, and click on the three-dot icon next to their name.
Select Manage Roles.
In the Unleashed WM dropdown, select the appropriate role and click Save Changes.
The available roles are:
Administrator: Full access to all UWM features and settings.
📌Note: Selecting No Access will prevent the member from signing in to UWM.
Troubleshooting
If a member sees an error when they open UWM, use the table below to identify the cause and next steps.
Error "Warehouse Management App"
Cause: The member has not been added to Access Evo, or has not been assigned a UWM role.
Solution: Follow the steps in this article to invite the member and assign their role.
Error "Access Restricted"
Cause: The Access Evo organisation does not exist yet. For new customers, provisioning may still be in progress. For existing customers, your Unleashed account may not yet have been migrated to Access Evo.
Solution: Contact Unleashed Support to check your provisioning or migration status.
