Important: Your organisation administrator must invite you to Access Evo before you can gain access to the Warehouse Management app.
Check your inbox for an invitation email from Access Evo before proceeding.
Step 1: Accept your invitation
Open the invitation email from Access Evo in your inbox.
Click Join.
On the sign-up page, enter your first and last name.
Click Signup. You will be taken to the Access Evo home page once your sign-up is complete.
Step 2: Set your password
As no password is created during sign-up, you will need to set one using the Forgot your password? option.
Go to the Access Evo sign-in page for your region, enter your email address, and click Next.
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and click Send me the code.
Check your inbox for a verification code. Enter the code on the Verify your email address page and click Verify my email address.
Enter a new password and click Set my password.
Important: Your password must be at least 10 characters long.
Step 3: Sign in to the Warehouse Management app
Once you have set your password, you can sign in to UWM on both desktop and mobile.
Desktop sign in
Sign in to Access Evo for your region, click on the white access button > Products and select the Warehouse Management option.
Mobile app sign in
Download the UWM mobile app on your device, then sign in using your Access Evo email address and password. When prompted, select the region that matches your organisation. See Device Management: Finding your region for more information.
