Understanding the limitation
When a sales order in Unleashed contains one or more products with the Never Diminishing product type, the order does not currently appear in UWM. This means the order will not be visible in the pick list, and warehouse staff will be unable to process it in the app.
This is a known limitation that is currently being investigated.
What to avoid
To prevent orders from going missing in UWM, avoid the following:
Adding Never Diminishing products to sales orders that need to be picked in UWM, until this limitation is resolved. The order will not appear in the app.
Assuming an order is missing from UWM for another reason β if the order contains at least one NDP product, this limitation is likely the cause.
Recommended approach
Until this limitation is resolved:
Review sales orders before processing to check whether any Never Diminishing products have been included.
Where possible, raise separate orders for Never Diminishing products and stocked products. This ensures the stocked items order appears correctly in UWM for picking, even though the Never Diminishing order will not appear in the app.
