You must complete this step before any Sales Orders will sync to the Warehouse Management app.
Introducing picking sources
The Warehouse Management app supports two picking sources:
Sales Order: Each Sales Order in Unleashed is imported as a single picking task in the Warehouse Management app.
Sales Shipment: Each Sales Shipment in Unleashed is imported as its own picking task, allowing a single Sales Order to be split into multiple shipments and fulfilled separately.
You can only use one picking source at a time. Once configured, orders will sync automatically; you do not need to return to this setting unless you want to switch your picking source.
Configure your picking source
In Access Evo, go to Warehouse Management.
Navigate to the Settings page.
A banner reading 'Orders Not Synced' will appear; click Import Orders.
In the pop-up window, select either Import from Sales Order or Import from Sales Shipment.
Click Confirm and Start Sync.
The sync runs in the background and your orders will appear in the picking queue once the sync is complete.
Switch your picking source
You can switch your picking source at any time from the Settings page in Access Evo's Warehouse Management, but you must complete or delete all existing orders first.
In Access Evo, go to Warehouse Management.
Navigate to the Settings page.
Click the toggle between Sales Order and Sales Shipment to select your picking source.
In the confirmation window, click Confirm & Sync.
If there are incomplete orders, the Warehouse Management page will display a 'Cannot Switch Modes' message listing the orders that need to be resolved first. This prevents the same items from being imported twice.
πNote: You are only required to complete or delete Sales Orders orders currently in a "Placed" status before switching the picking source. Unleashed Sales Orders in other statuses, such as Parked or custom statuses, will not sync and are not affected.
