Delivery information enhancement
We've updated the Warehouse Management app to surface more customer and delivery context across the picking, packing, and dispatch workflows — so your team can see who's order it is for, when it's due, and any special instructions without leaving the screen they're on.
What's changed
Richer order cards (Picking and Packing lists)
Customer name and code now appear as the card subtitle (for example, Ben's Emporium (BENEMP)).
Delivery method is shown next to the item count (for example, 2 Items • Courier).
Required delivery date is displayed as a friendly label: Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday, or a full date. Overdue orders are highlighted in red and bold.
Order comments appear with a message icon, truncated to one line.
Sort by delivery date
A new sort dropdown sits next to the search bar on the Picking and Packing lists. You can now sort by order date, required date (oldest first), or required date (newest first) — alongside existing search and tab filters.
Delivery info on Order detail and completion screens
The Order Detail, Picking Complete, Packing Complete, and Dispatch Order screens now show a consistent block at the top with the order number, customer name and code, required delivery date, and delivery method.
Collapsible Notes card
A new Notes card on detail and completion screens brings together the order's Comment and Delivery Instructions in one place. Tap the header to expand or collapse it.
🤓 Tip: Sort by Required date (oldest first) at the start of a shift to immediately bring overdue and urgent orders to the top of your list.
Unguided picking mode
The Warehouse Management app now supports an unguided picking mode, giving pickers the flexibility to work through an order in any order they choose — rather than following a fixed sequential flow.
For a full walkthrough of how it works, see Unguided picking with quantity tracking: Pick orders at your own pace.

Switch between organizations in the app
If your Access Evo login belongs to more than one organization, you can now switch to a different organization by selecting 'Switch Organization' in the app's side menu at any time.
All features, including Pick, Pack, Receive Goods, Put Away, Stock Check, Product Lookup, Stock Adjustments, and Bin Transfer, will operate with your selected organization.
For full details, see Switch organisations in the Warehouse Management app.
Packed time is now tracked and displayed
The Warehouse Management app now records and displays the exact time an order was marked as packed, giving your team a clearer picture of order progress from picking through to dispatch.
What's changed
When a user marks an order as packed, either from the Pack Order screen or the Picking Complete screen, the app now saves a 'packed' timestamp against the order. This timestamp is then visible across all devices and persists even after the order is dispatched.
On the Order Detail screen, the order timeline now shows:
Picked: When picking was completed.
Packed: When the order was marked as packed.
Despatched: When the order was dispatched.

📌 Note: For orders that were packed before this update, the app will use a locally stored timestamp where available, ensuring continuity during the transition.
Stock Adjustments for unassigned products complete automatically
Previously, if a product had no assigned warehouse location, a stock adjustment from Unleashed would sit in a put-away queue and require manual action to complete. Now, these adjustments process automatically, so your stock quantities stay up to date without any extra work from your team.
For full details, see How Stock Adjustments sync from Unleashed to the Warehouse Management app.

Picking from Sales Shipment — Now Even Smarter
We've made a couple of handy improvements to your shipment workflow:
On the Packed page, you can now filter by shipping company — making it easier to prioritize and work through shipments efficiently.
When despatching a shipment, you can now enter the shipping company (if it isn't already set up in Unleashed) and the tracking number directly in WMS. No more manual workarounds.
Purchase Order Sync — Delivery Dates Now Updating
During the 10-minute cycle sync, delivery dates on Purchase Orders will now update automatically.
Date & Time Now Reflects Your Location
Previously, all date and time displays were based on UK time. They will now follow your device's local time zone, so what you see always reflects where you actually are.

Alternative location picking
Pickers can now see stock levels across all warehouse locations for a product and choose to switch their pick to a different location or split the required quantity across multiple locations.
This update applies to both standard and batch-tracked products.

Stock adjustments: Inventory valuation on sync
When a stock adjustment is created in the Warehouse Management app, the adjustment now syncs to Unleashed with the Value field automatically populated using the product's current Average Landing Cost (ALC).
Previously, this field defaulted to zero, which caused incorrect inventory valuations in Unleashed. This update ensures that stock adjustment values land in Unleashed accurately without any additional steps from you.

Getting Support
You can now access help directly from Warehouse Management app, and in Access Evo. Click on the Message Launcher for quick access to help articles and the support team, right when you need it.
To ensure you have access to the Support team, see Getting Support with Unleashed.
Receive Goods Enhancements
The expected delivery date is now displayed on the Receive Goods page, so warehouse operators can see at a glance when a delivery is due.

Sync internal stock transactions
Unleashed stock transactions now automatically sync to the Warehouse Management app:
Auto-syncs stock adjustments, warehouse transfers, and stock counts in real-time.
Smart routing auto-processes single-location adjustments or prompts when action is needed.
Put away workflows for stock additions to multiple locations.
Location selection lets you specify sources for stock reductions.
Batch-aware fully supports batch-tracked products.
Eliminates manual data entry while maintaining complete inventory control.
Stay seamless, accurate and efficient with your warehouse operations.
New Packed and Dispatched tabs
The packing screen now includes three tabs:
Picked: Orders ready to be packed (existing functionality).
Packed: Orders that have been packed and are ready for dispatch.
Dispatched: Orders that have been dispatched.
Update packed orders to dispatched
Previously, once an order was marked as packed, there was no way to update it to dispatched within the Warehouse Management app. You can now tap on any order in the Packed tab to change its status to dispatched.
How it works
Complete picking and packing for your order as usual.
When you mark an order as packed, it moves to the Packed tab.
When the order is ready for dispatch, open the Packed tab and tap on the order.
Update the status to dispatched.

Barcode Scanning Enhancements
Flashlight support
You can now toggle the flashlight on or off while scanning barcodes. This helps you scan barcodes in low-light conditions or difficult-to-reach locations without needing external lighting.
Gallery upload
Upload barcode images directly from your device's photo gallery. This is useful when you need to scan barcodes from photos, screenshots, or images shared by your team.
Zoom functionality
Zoom in up to 2x magnification while scanning. This helps you capture small barcodes or barcodes at a distance more accurately without needing to physically move closer.
Updated barcode library
We've updated the barcode scanning library to ensure better performance and reliability. The scanner now supports these barcode formats:
Code 128
Code 39
Code 93
Codabar
EAN-13
EAN-8
ITF-14
UPC-E
UPC-A
QR codes
PDF417
