Pricing and the number of sessions included in each service vary depending on your region. Download the relevant catalogue below for a full breakdown of services and rates available to you.


Advisory and adoption services

These fixed-price packages provide structured, module-specific training delivered by a dedicated consultant. Each package includes call recordings, a consultancy report, and a testing overview session in the Unleashed Sandbox environment. All sessions must be completed within one month of sign-up.

Sales module

Specific training for your team on the sales and shipment modules. Your consultant will cover invoicing, fulfilment, and returns, and work through your workflows and best practices. You'll then have the opportunity to test the module in the Sandbox before a review session to address any questions.

Purchase module

Specific training on the purchase module, covering purchase order creation, split receipting, supplier costs, supplier pricing, and the reorder report. Includes workflow review and Sandbox testing.

Manufacturing and production module

Specific training on the manufacturing and production module, covering bill of materials (BOM) setup, managing production, the assembly process, auto assemblies, sub-assemblies, third-party manufacturing, and production reporting. Includes workflow review and Sandbox testing.

Inventory module

Specific training on the inventory module, covering stock adjustments, stock counts, warehouse transfers, and stock revaluations. Includes workflow review and Sandbox testing.

Reporting and business intelligence

A full walkthrough of the Business Intelligence vision module, including dashboard navigation, cross-referencing, date ranges, data analysis, and setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Also includes a run-through of the reporting module tailored to your requirements.

B2B Store setup and guidance

Specific training on setting up the B2B portal, covering catalogues, categories, home screen customisation, B2B freight, email templates, pricing, product availability settings, and inviting customers. Your team will set up the store with consultant guidance, followed by a review session after go live.

Advanced Inventory Manager

Specific training on the Advanced Inventory Manager (AIM), covering AIM Insights, modelling, reviews, and forecasting. Includes workflow review and Sandbox testing.

Data Exporter

Specific training on the Data Exporter, covering how to pull sales orders, sales shipments, and purchase information into Excel for manipulation or use in email templates.


Mission-critical services

These services are available on a per-hour or per-item basis and are designed to address specific business needs outside of standard training packages.

Account data and setup review

Your consultant will review your software setup and check data integrity, then walk you through recommended changes based on the findings.

Hourly training and consultancy

A general question and answer session covering any topics you need help with, delivered via screen share. Priced per hour.

Document design

Your consultant will take your existing documents and recreate them using the Unleashed Document Designer. Priced per document template.


Development and integration services

These hourly services support the configuration, testing, and go-live of your Unleashed integrations. Each is structured around three recommended sessions: an initial configuration session in the Sandbox, a testing review session, and a final go-live session. An optional post-go-live troubleshooting session can also be booked. The first session should take place within one month of sign-up.

Shopify

Configuration, workflow guidance, and troubleshooting support for your Shopify integration. Includes Sandbox setup, testing review, and connecting Shopify to your live Unleashed account.

WooCommerce

Configuration, workflow guidance, and troubleshooting support for your WooCommerce integration. Includes Sandbox setup, testing review, and connecting WooCommerce to your live Unleashed account.

Xero and QuickBooks

Configuration, workflow guidance, and troubleshooting support for your Xero or QuickBooks integration. The final session includes post-go-live troubleshooting and guidance on reconciling the systems at month end.

Amazon

Configuration, workflow guidance, and troubleshooting support for your Amazon integration. Includes Sandbox setup, testing review, and connecting Amazon to your live Unleashed account.

Lightspeed
