Sales order bundles on your Suites subscription

How your sales order bundle is set when you move to Suites, and what happens as your order volumes change over time.

Written by Heather

Your Suites subscription (Core, Pro, or Lite) includes a sales order bundle as part of your plan. Here we explain how your bundle is set, how it adjusts over time, and what happens if you process a high volume of orders through eCommerce integrations.

Your bundle at the point of sale

When you move to a Suites subscription, your sales order bundle is set based on your current order volumes. Every plan includes 100 orders per month at no extra cost. If you're already processing more than that, we'll size your bundle to match your usage at the point of sale so you're not immediately over your allocation.

πŸ“Œ Note: Your bundle tier is based on your sales order volume only; it has nothing to do with whether you're on Core or Pro. Your plan edition is always driven by the features you need.

How your bundle adjusts over time

Your bundle is designed to keep pace with your business as it grows.

If your order volume exceeds your current bundle allocation for three consecutive months, we'll automatically move you up to the next tier and let you know. One-off peaks or seasonal spikes won't trigger a change; we absorb those without adjusting your bundle.

The available tiers are:

  • Small: up to 500 orders per month (on top of your included 100).

  • Medium: up to 1,500 orders per month.

  • Large: up to 3,000 orders per month.

  • Unlimited: for 3,001 or more orders per month.

⚠️ Important: Once your bundle moves up to a higher tier, it won't automatically reduce again. If you'd like to move to a lower tier, contact your Account Manager to request a review.

Integrated Channel Orders add-on

If you use native eCommerce integrations, such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or Lightspeed, and process a large number of orders through them, you'll receive the Integrated Channel Orders (ICO) add-on. This excludes those integration sales orders from your monthly volume count, so they don't push you into a higher bundle tier.

The ICO add-on is available on Small, Medium, and Large bundle tiers.

πŸ€“ Tip: If you process orders through a custom-built API connection, for example, via TikTok Shop, Instagram, or a bespoke integration, speak to your Account Manager. There may be a separate option available for API-routed orders, depending on your setup.
