Access Analytics gives you a real-time view of your business performance, across sales, purchasing, and manufacturing, without manual reporting or spreadsheet work. It is built directly on your Unleashed data, so every dashboard updates automatically as your transactions are recorded.
What's included
Analytics contains three dashboards and two productivity tools.
Tools
Copilot: Ask questions about your data in plain English and receive instant results.
Customising Insights: Adjust any dashboard component and build new views from scratch.
Dashboards
Sales Analysis: Revenue, margins, discounting, and fulfilment performance.
Assembly Analysis: Manufacturing output, wastage, and schedule efficiency.
Purchase Analysis: Procurement spend, supplier lead times, and fulfilment rates.
Each Analytics dashboard follows a consistent interaction pattern.
Filter by clicking rows: In most dashboards, clicking a row in a summary table filters the detail table below it. This is the primary way to drill into data.
Multi-select: Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and click to select multiple rows at once.
Sort columns: Click any column header to sort. Click again to reverse.
Export data: Click the download icon (⭳) in the dashboard toolbar to export the current view as a CSV file.
Three-dot menu: Click the three-dot icon (⋮) to select an action from the menu, including: Show Data, Apply Filter, and Toggle Size options.
Row colours: Pink or coloured rows support filtering or drill-down. Grey rows are the lowest level of detail with no further drill-down.
📌 Note: Copilot querying requires data views to be enabled for your organisation. If Copilot returns no results, check with your administrator that the relevant data view has been turned on.
Get Access Analytics
From Unleashed's main menu, enable Access Analytics and get access to guides on setting it up.
Important: The module is included on Pro subscriptions of Unleashed Suites, and is available as an add-on for Core.
Activate and set up Access Analytics
When subscribed to Unleashed Core, you must first enable Access Analytics before you can set it up and use it:
From Unleashed's main menu, select Access Analytics.
Select Activate Now.
In the Billing page, confirm the addition of Access Analytics.
After you've subscribed, you can then configure your Access Analytics module:
From Unleashed's main menu, select Access Analytics.
Select 'View Setup Guide'.
You will be taken to Access Evo's Help Centre for Access Analytics.

Open Access Analytics
After you've subscribed and activated Access Analytics, it can be accessed as follows:
In Access Evo, select the 'Access' button in the top left of your browser tab.
Go to Products.
Select 'Analytics'.
The Analytics tab will open in your Access Evo workspace, where you can review your dashboards and create insights on your workspace's data.
