To downgrade a PRO or CORE plan to our LITE plan, you will need to ensure your account's data aligns with the LITE plan's functionality.
Once your account's data is compliant, the Account Owner can then request to downgrade to the LITE subscription plan.
Important: the LITE subscription plan is only available to US customers.
Remove production-based data
Since the LITE Plan does not include the Production module, if you have used it, you will need to:
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Assemblies.
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Disassemblies.
Remove assembled products from Open Sales Orders, or Complete or Delete the Sales Orders.
Remove any auto disassembled products from Open Purchase Orders, or Complete or Delete the Purchase Orders.
Ensure that any of your products set as "Assembled Product" and/or "Component Product" have that setting disabled.
📌 Note: You do not need to delete your Bills of Material
Remove additional warehouses
Our LITE Plan is limited to a single warehouse, so you will need to:
Transfer all stock to one warehouse.
Obsolete the other warehouses once all open transactions for those warehouses are finalised
Remove Serial and Batch Tracking
Serialized and Batch Tracked Products are not offered in our LITE Plan, so you need to:
Remove any Stock on Hand for for serialized or batch tracked products.
Turn off the Serialized or Batch Tracked option on the product records.
Re-add your stock on hand via a Stock Count or Stock Adjustment.
LITE's Feature Limitations
Purchasing Units of Measure are not offered in our LITE Plan. You will need to update your Product Supplier record to use the product's base unit of measure.
Free Credits are not offered in our LITE Plan. Please complete or delete any open free credits.
Note: To find open free credits, add the Invoice Number via Hidden Columns to the View Credits grid. Free Credits will not have an associated invoice number.
Split Receipting and Recosting are not offered in our LITE Plan. Please complete any purchase orders that are currently in a Receipted status.
Some customised templates are not offered in our LITE Plan. You will lose access to any customised Doc Designer Templates apart from custom Labels and custom Commercial Invoices.
If Minimum Order Value is enabled in your Company Settings, please disable the setting to downgrade to the LITE Plan.
If Ship From Multiple Warehouses is enabled in your Company Settings, please disable the setting to downgrade.
Sales Quotes are not offered in our LITE Plan. You may wish to tidy up any open Sales Quotes. This is not compulsory as Quotes do not impact any stock calculations.
Product Quantity Pricing for purchasing and selling as well as Customer Quantity Pricing are not offered in our LITE Plan. Please note that by proceeding to downgrade, you will lose the ability to apply any of these prices.
