To remove the Production Module from your account, you will need to remove any open production-based transactions:
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Assemblies.
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Disassemblies.
Remove assembled products from Open Sales Orders, or Complete or Delete the Sales Orders.
Remove any auto-disassembled products from Open Purchase Orders, or Complete or Delete the Purchase Orders.
Ensure that any of your products set as "Assembled Product" and/or "Component Product" have that setting disabled.
The Account Owner can then request to remove the Production module from the account's subscription.
📌 Note: You do not need to delete your Bills of Materials.
Once your account's data is compliant, the Account Owner can then request to remove the Production module from your plan through our support team.
