When downgrading your subscription from Pro to Core, you will need to consider whether you will still require access to the Production module. The Production module is not included in our Core Plan, but can be purchased as an add-on.
If you intend to keep using the Production module, you do not need to complete the steps outlined below; you will just need to make sure the Production module is included when requesting a Core subscription plan.
Once your account's data is compliant, the Account Owner can then request to downgrade to the Core subscription plan through our support team.
Prepare for a Core subscription without Production
To downgrade to Core, without the Production module add-on, you will need to complete the following steps before submitting your request:
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Assemblies.
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Disassemblies.
Remove assembled products from Open Sales Orders, or complete or delete the Sales Orders.
Remove any auto-disassembled products from Open Purchase Orders, or complete or delete the Purchase Orders.
Ensure that any of your products set as "Assembled Product" and/or "Component Product" have that setting disabled.
The Account Owner can then request to downgrade your subscription to Core, without the Production Module.
