The Production module is not included in our CORE Plan, but can be purchased as an add-on.
CORE without Production
To proceed with downgrading to CORE, without the Production module as an add on, you will need to do the following:
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Assemblies.
Delete or complete any Parked (Open) Disassemblies.
Remove assembled products from Open Sales Orders, or Complete or Delete the Sales Orders.
Remove any auto-disassembled products from Open Purchase Orders, or Complete or Delete the Purchase Orders.
Ensure that any of your products set as "Assembled Product" and/or "Component Product" have that setting disabled.
The Account Owner can then request to downgrade your subscription to CORE, without the Production Module.
📌 Note: You do not need to delete your Bills of Materials.
