Initially, only the Administrator of your Access Evo organisation will be able to visit Warehouse Management in Access Evo, and the Warehouse Management app. This article will guide you on how to invite new members to the Warehouse Management app.
Once a member has been provided access to Warehouse Management, they can download the app and sign in using their Access Evo login credentials, matching your organisation's region, see Set up your access to the Warehouse Management app.
Important: The Warehouse Management app is only available to Unleashed Core or Pro subscriptions. If you are subscribed to Core, ensure the WMS module has been added to your subscription before proceeding.

Getting Started with the Warehouse Management App
Give team members access to Warehouse Management
To give colleagues or warehouse operators use of the Warehouse Management app, you need to invite them to Access Evo first, then assign them the Warehouse Management role.
Step 1: Invite a member to Access Evo
Sign in to Access Evo for your region.
From the top navigation dropdown, click Members to open the Members tab.
Click Add.
Enter the member's email address. You can add members individually or in bulk. Click Add to confirm.
The member will receive an invitation email to complete their sign-up.
The member must accept the invitation to complete their sign-up before you can assign them a role.

Step 2: Assign the Warehouse Management role
In Access Evo, click on your profile in the top-right corner and select Members.
Locate the Member you want to provide Warehouse Management app access to, and click on the three-dot icon next to their name.
Select Manage Roles.
In the Unleashed WM dropdown, select the appropriate role and click Save Changes. The available roles are:
Administrator: Full access to all Warehouse Management app features and settings.
No Access: Prevents the member's access to the Warehouse Management app.
Troubleshooting
If a member sees an error when they open the Warehouse Management app, use the table below to identify the cause and next steps.
Error "Warehouse Management App"
Cause: The member has not been invited to Access Evo, or has not been assigned a Warehouse Management role.
Solution: Follow the steps above to invite the member and assign their role.
Error "Access Restricted"
Cause: The Access Evo organisation does not exist yet
For new customers on Core or Pro subscriptions, the Access Evo setup may still be in progress, contact support to check its status.
For existing customers, your Unleashed account may not yet have been migrated to Access Evo; you will need to wait for the migration to be completed before you can use the Warehouse Management app. For more details, see Access Evo migration.
