Unleashed provides several reporting options, including Sales Enquiry, Transaction Enquiry, and BI Vision. These tools allow you to analyze sales data, apply filters, and export results for further analysis.
đ¤ Tip: In this article, we've only detailed a portion of the Sales reporting options available. Head to a report or Business Intelligence and familiarise yourself with the filters and fields available to get the data you need.
Customer Spend
To view each customerâs year-to-date (YTD) spend:
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales Enquiry.
Set the date range to cover the desired YTD period.
Drag the Customer Name/Code column header above the other columns to group results by customer.
Review the grouped data, which includes a subtotal for each customerâs spend.
Export the report if needed (e.g., CSV, Excel, PDF) for further analysis.
Product Sales Quantities
To identify top sales quantities per customer for specific products:
Open the Business Intelligence> Sales.
Select the date range at the top right (e.g., Year To Date).
Click the Units Sold tile to access product sold quantity statistics.
Scroll to the Product ranked by Units Sold section, filter for specific products by entering the product description, and apply the filter.
View the report under Customer ranked by Unit Sold for the selected product.
To generate a report showing how much of each product a customer (or multiple customers) bought over the past two years:
Go to Reports > Sales > Sales Enquiry.
Set the date range to cover the last two years.
Apply filters as needed:
For a single customer: set the Customer filter.
Optional: filter by Product, Product Group, Product Brand, or Warehouse.
Review the results, which display Quantity and SubTotal for items sold.
Export the results to Excel and create a PivotTable:
Rows: Product
Values: Sum of Quantity (total units/kg per product).
To compare multiple customers, leave the Customer filter empty, export all results, and include both Customer and Product in the PivotTable rows.
Master SKUs and Assemblies
To include all transactions related to a master SKU, including assemblies:
Use the Transaction Enquiry report.
This report displays all transactions for the SKU, not just sales, providing a comprehensive view of SKU-related activities.
Export Report data
Filters and grouping options within Unleashed reports enable you to customise data views, but if you need more analysis than the filters and views available, you can export the data.
Unleashed allows you to export reports in various formats, such as CSV, Excel, or PDF. Use these exports to create PivotTables or perform additional analysis in external tools.
